Hello,
Can anyone please help me sort out a problem with my computer running too slow to download apps. If you could please assist me to fix my slow running computer it would be much appreciated My computer is using windows 8.1.

Is your PC performance slow or your internet download speed?

go to https://www.speedtest.net/ and let me know the results.

Thanks for your help. I have run a speed test and found that the download speed is 10.09 Mb and the Upload speed is 0.75 as requested.
