USB -- cant format pendrive

Hello,

I have got a transcend 8GB pen drive. the issues are as under.

1> Not able to add data to driver
2> Not able to open files from the drive
3> Not able to format the drive
4> Not able to delete the data from the drive.

i have tried all best tbl shooting that can be done.

1> DOS format
2> Regedit
3> Disk management format
4> Windows boot able drive formating
5> Formating SW like ( Format Factory, FAT 32 Formatter , HP repair tool )
6> Antivirus Scan & all other tbl shooting that is available on internet.


Can this drive be saved as its really important to me.. Please help & advice ways to save the disk.
