Hello,
Hey please guys, i bought an xternal HDD which written TOSHIBA on top... The Problem is, this xternal doesnt detected by my PC it is all detected by my LAPTOP which uses SATA HDD

You need more power ,try another USB port or a cable with 2 plugs on one end.Try the back usb ports instead of the front ones.

I Tried...
Nothing happen...
For example.. You are using IDE HDD in PC and external HDD is SATA, That IDE HDD in PC will it possible to detect an external SATA HDD?
