My Passport has worked well until today. My computer no longer recognizes it. I read your forum and followed instructions from jack4rall - Apr 25, 2012 02:27PM.
I uninstalled all grey entries under "Disk Drives" and "universal serial bus controller", restarted my computer and plugged in My Passport. Windows installed the driver but I still cannot access My Passport. It is not listed among the drives on my computer.
