Hello, Im trying to update windows but i get this screen saying "Windows update can not currently check for up dates, because the service is not running. you may need to restart your computer" i restarted it like 3 to 5 times and still wont let me update it. any help with this please be good.

Ok, what windows? You have not given us any information concerning what windows. If it is ME, it would be normal.
