Hello,
I tried with chkdsk /f h: --> Press Enter. and it said that Windows has checked the file system and found no problems; it shows the total disk space, what is used (how many files are there), and what is free though when I open the F: drive (with which I have a problem) the files are not there. Are there any other steps to solving the problem, and what should I do next? Thank you!!

What problem?

If you are having problems with the F; drive, then why are you running chkdsk on the H: as stated above?

You have really not stated a question. Please let us know the indications of your problems, as you may not be fixing the problem correctly by running chkdsk.
