Hello, Instagram decides to restrict my ability to like or comment on posts a few days ago. They have no support line or technical chat to speak of. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it, which resolved the issue for a few minutes. I have no idea how to resolve this issue, please help

It will resolve automatically. Sometimes the activity that you perform most on Instagram, restricted for some duration to avoid spam.
