how to fix black screen that say "we apologize for the inconvenience, etc" than there option for safe mode, safe mode networking, safe mode command prompt, last known good config,start windows normally. if 1 choose start windows normally it will just loading all the time and not enter to the main computer (main folder or destop). Then, when i choose safe mode - lagging can't open any folder. how do i fix it?? any answer ?

You might need to replace the hard dive and reinstall Windows. I suggest the services of a local repair shop.
