Hello,
I did not intend to offend anyone when i originally posted this message, I am new to forums and was not aware of the policy. I do apologize. I would greatly appreciate any help anyone would have on this issue below and greatly thank you in advance and sorry again if I offended anyone.
I have created a registration form using the survey form offered in skydrive excel. I would like to have the retrieved data automatically put into separate sheets as per the data collected example per grade and per sport. Is this possible and how? A separate sheet for sport and in that group a separate sheet for each grade. I know a little about excel but not all the tricks.

Thank you again in advance

Hi Go28,

Your method of retrieving data is unknown to me. Can you let us know where your data is located and where it needs to go (with sheet and cell references).

Best regards,
Trowa

Thank you for responding so quickly. I hope I can explain this better. I have created a survey in Onedrive that automatically creates the spreadsheet for you based on the fields you enter in the survey. When they take the survey and submit their results it populates the appropriate cells in excel. What i would like to be able to do is separate and send certain rows to different sheets in the speadsheet. What i have created is a registration form for my children's school sports activities. I would like the spreadsheet to automatically send the particular grades to their own sheets if that is possible. I think it should be able to be done, but i know just enough about excel to be dangerous. I can link the file if i knew how to. I am new to forums, so I am not sure how to send the file.
Thank you so much for the response and I hope I have explained this better.

Thanks again for your time

Hi Go28,

To upload your file use a file sharing site like www.speedyshare.com or ge.tt and post back the download link.
