Did you know that in computer language, writing all in capital letters is equivalent to shouting? If is often considered as aggressive.
First step
Remove the battery and cable.
Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds
Replug and start.
If the above does not work
Since, you have no display on an external monitor, and that you are sure about the cabling, I suggest that you have your video or graphic checked out by a qualified technician.
