Why can't I post photos...my pictures will not upload on my profile page nor on jpay!?

You have posted your message in the hardware/webcam section of the forum.

Please explain where you wish to upload a picture.

Hi the problem comes up on jpay,after composing ur email it ask if u'd like to attach items....so I try but the page keeps refusing to show any selection,it jus drops the browse bar and ask u to choose w/o ever going to ur photos or video
. thx for any help u can give....
