Issue under start up

Hello,

A few days ago my Toshiba satellite laptop froze. So I pushed the power button. The next day I turned it on a tried repair mode 6 times. Nothing was found. Then today I turned it on and it says try repair mode or start windows normally. When I do both I get a black screen and a arrow which I can move the arrow. I race and all my race videos are on the laptop and I don't want to lose them. Please help me.
