i have problem in my hp laptop where all my data as been lost and i cannot open any of my program even my internet and even if i give a command like ctrl+alt+ delete it does not come any in my screen it opens i can see only white screen only .

With severe problems I suggest find a good local repair shop to do a full diagnostic evaluation.
