External Drive no longer has Label because of "lpt1.UsbFix"

I recently had a vb.script issue and UsbFix was able to fix it. Thank you for that.

However, now I have a different problem: It seems that UsbFix made an invisible folder called "Autorun.inf" with a file called "lpt1.UsbFix" inside it. I can not delete the folder or file, so I cannot change the label of my external USB drive from "Local Disk".

How do I delete your folder so I can put an actual autorun.inf file there?

P.S.
I had only selected one pen drive on UsbFix and this was not it and it was never infected...
