elow, i tried to change the display properties by clicking the appearance but as i have said it didn't worked.

I would like to try your second option by using a SAFE MODE, where i can find the safe mode and what option should I change?

in order to get to the safe mode

retart ur system

as the system starts in the dos mode (u see all bios details)
keep the F8 key pressed till u get a black screen ther u will find start the system in safe mode
select it with arrow keys on ur keyboard
if u want net connection while in safe mode then select the safe mode with networking option
hit enter

there will be a pop window while start just click ok when it does pop

wait till the system has loaded all necessary programs
