Hi,

I'm unable to save my office document ? Whenever I tried to save "Closing Program" msg appears.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled it twice but, still that msg appearing ? Does anyone knows why is that ?

hi,
don't just uninstall the software, but also try to delete the files which lingers on your program files and registry as well.
then try a fresh installation of the MsOffice.
