Locked Folder

Hello,
gyz i have an problme. I locked my many folder with folder access. Unfortunately my younger brother reinstal the window. My files werw lost. I reinstal the folder access but it not shows my folders. And when i try to unlock folder. Computer says this folder is not locked.

Well, sorry but the PROGID has changed. There is nothing to do.

Keep your brother from hacking the pc.
