Ipod not synching

Hello,

I bought a new ipod and updated my itunes (on my windows PC). When I plug my Ipod it says it synching and in fact it DID COPY SOME songs, but only 2 purchased items, while I have a whole bunch of stuff that are NOT copying...

is it treating them as not my property despite the fact I purchased these songs in the past...

OK thanks, as I suspected my Ipod is not associated with my Itunes.
I do not see how to associate it, I see this:

But it does not tell me how to associate with itunes, only how to delete.

But my computer IS authorized, I only have one computer and been using for some time... It is the Ipod (the new one I got) that is not synching...

I am sorry but there are 100 links and been searching through and can't find the fix..
