Boot gives me looking for Disk
F12 gives me Boot up select table 
Computer boots up Windows 7
Reboot gives me the same menu again 
How dod I save the boot Disk configuration for next Boot

Check your CMOS BAttery.  It sounds like it is dead.

Hang in there.  Be certain to use static strap.
It is on the motherboard, it looks like a dime.

This gave me a clue 
I  went into conf and auto atomized my Cmoss control and it worked
