M66n isnt starting

the lights show that the battery is in and the pc is plugged in also but when i start it nothing happens its showing me that it started but the fan isn't working hear a *clik* noise from the hard drive when i start or turn off the pc and the screen glitches once but stays black..... nothing else is working

hi,
this may be a video card problem.
try to replace it to see if the problem still remains.
check also your power supply.
