Can't see my cursor on the screen and screen has turn black

Sir,
Today, when i start my pc it starts normally as i hear the sound of fan from CPU but as i turn on my the botton of my LED of hp it was black even after two hours and just showing the blinking of (_) this sign in the brackets. My miuse cursor is not visible as well
