Acer aspire v5 screen not turning on

hello!

i've restored my acer aspire V5-571P-6642 to factory settings a couple of days ago, and ever since then, whenever I turn it on after shutting it down or putting it into sleep mode, the screen stays black while the laptop itself is on (keyboard back lights on, fan on, ect.) is there anything I can do? thank you.

Hello,

Try this 1

Remove the AC power adapter --> Remove the battery --> Hold the power

button for 60 seconds --> Connect the AC power adapter then try to switch ON

the laptop and later put the battery back into the laptop.
