MY LAPTOP USUALLY SHUT DOWN AND RESTART AGAIN

I need help why my laptop usually shut down when I press on main button, and in 2-3 minutes while before start up then it shutdown and for a while it automatically restart again.

Make and model please? We do not know what kind of lapto it is, but I wil guess it is a TOSHIBA!
