My grand neos battery stability is too low, just 3-4 h . Why it's happening in my phone?

Well, batteries do lose their charging abilities. If you do not let it down all the way , before you charge again, you are giving it memory. Turn off your phone daily and reboot it, for the healthiest you can have.

Ok.But when I going to the service center and told them to software my phone, after that process my phone is fine. But when I install some of harf core games like aphlat8, mc5.etc then I faced this problem.

It really depends then, on what services those games are using. If they are using high data streams, your hardware wil not last as long. The more things (services) you have turned on, the length of the battery will go down. It is just that way. I do not leave bluetooth on, as it uses high battery, and I rearely use it. Same with wifi, I ony turn on wifi when I know I want to use wifi, as the service "costs" my battery!
