When you try to use Firefox, do you get an error message?
What kind of connection do you have?
What other internet connections such as e-mail?

I don't have fire-fox i have internet explorer, Google corm. It's on my husband laptop nice laptop use windows 8 and everything's works but the internet. we have a desk top and tablet and internet works on them perfectly. We have blank white page. Can this be fixed without money or do we have to get a service man to fix it?

Yes, no doubt this can be fixed free but you must answer all of my questions.
Can you start the lappy in safe mode with networking and launch Internet Explorer. (Please, never mind Google "corm")
