My problem on yahoo.com

I'm asking some help on what to do just to recovered my yahoo mail and i dont know if my password was wrong or it might be because of there additional security question says that updated month of October 28, 2009.. coz mostly i choose security question is whats the name of my pets and that was goffy ans.. but im sure the password i login is either one of my recent key on my yahoo mail to login,, my alternative email it was deleted by moderator for security reasons.com,, its also not active anymore..... i retrive and forgot my email year around 2011 or 2012 last few years ago when i was in work Qatar.. yahoo web site ask only my qtel mobile number and easily send to me new key to login... but security question ask and updated only October 2009... and i came back home and done my contract in Qatar last May 2012,, and that time i usually open my yahoo mail to access and sending message by email...

please somebody help me to recovered my old email yahoo account..
