Powerbook g4 black screen

I have a 15" powerbook g4 titanium no chime sounds and you can hear the fans running but the screen is black

I have a iBook g4 and I try and turn it on but I only hear the fans nothing else the screen turns on but when I do anything like move the mouse it goes black screen and then I see the battery that's fully charged and then I see the white circle lighting up on the front of the laptop and I was wondering what could I do to slove this problem.
