Tango app still can not open the file in my Downloads folder

Hi. I downloaded Tango Mobile and then created my new account to be able to access the app but I still can not open the file in my Downloads folder. I have a blackberry Q10. Can you please advise? Thanks.

Hello

If you read carefully, Tango Mobile is for Android it does not support BB.

Try Viber for BB which you can download from Kioskea:
