while trying to reload windows XP on my dell desktop I recieved a fatal error message saying a module was missing and the install could not complete. It says it is missing file 'asms'. Now it will not do anything except telling me to insert windows xp home edition into the cd-rom and irt tries to reload but stops again at the same file. how do i get around it?
