My cpu dont display on monitor

When I buy a antivirus] installer in the market I open it in my computer then the computer says there's a problem in your software !Restart it then I Restart it but when I try to open my computer there's no display in the monitor!what would I do?

2. What is your operating system?

3. What antivirus was it?

4. What is the make and model of your computer?

5. Please explain: "installer in the market"
