How can I download the drivers for net work?

I am using the desktop window 7, but problem in connecting the wifi network. It is giving an error "Window could not find a driver for your network adapter". I try to download a driver and installed but again the same error " could not install the driver because there is no Intel (R) adapter


So how can i download the driver for my computer and solve my problems for wifi connection?

What is the make of both computer and adapter? (brand name)
