Outlook get receive from other

I have two email accounts - one for my business and one for me. My business account get email from costomer and they not stay in ( inbox) .they trensfer to outlook.and if i want to sent back email costomer i need to copy from outlook to my business email first and then i can sent , it just a lot of work , what can i do this , pleas help

Do you mean Office Outlook or Outlook.com?

In Microsoft Outlook, you should have two separate accounts

The business account's pop and smtp should both be configured according to yourhoting, with your username and password.

Your personal account with Gmail should be configured with Gmail's imap and smtp.

Also check your gmail settings are all correct.
