Decrease ring sound in my mobile but the sound level is high

hi dear friends
i have a problem with my cell phone HUAWEI G510.
Sometimes, the sound of the ringtone and other alert decreased whiles the level of sound is high and with RESTART the phone , problem has been solved.
I do also RESET TO FACTORY but the problem already exists.
