Black screen on startup dell 1435

I'm using dell studio 1435 with Windows vista. Yesterday it worked fine but today I can't make it running. I push the ON button & it works as normal. But nothing showed on the screen, totally black. I tried to open startup repair & BIOS but to no avail. Anyone can help me here? I have no idea what is the problem

Dell logo not showing at all. I tried holding fn key when switching on & three volume led blinking & then only volume down flashing. What does this mean?
