I have an old Facebook account I forgot my pw and email
Them looking threw my paperwork I find the email address and pw so I enter it to deactivate my old account to find its been changed the email and password
My ex best friend decides to tell me when I messaged her that she changed my stuff and isn't giving me my info to deactivate my old account she says it's hers now and she has been writing lies but me and talking to my friends behind my back the police say I can't do anything she had put up pictures of me And my husband why I don't know please can you help I need that account deactivated I don't use it I haven't in over four months.. I reported it to go they have did nothing I will report them too as hacking an account is illegal

Try reporting the account using any other account as personal abuse or like that maby that might work also u can make a new one friend request everyone and then tell them or just give Ur ex friend a punch I the face and make him give it to u

Thankyou for your reply back Facebook haven't sorted the issues of my complaints just shows they don't care period I will have to look into it more and go to a higher level as. It's Invaded my privacy stolen my information which I know is against the law...do you know of any higher levels of people above the facebook team I can report thos matter to aspell as reporting Facebook I will do what I need to do to stop her

Dear mrsgracejr,

Anas' response is most appropriate.

We understand your frustation. You might be aware that there are hundreds of millions Facebook accounts many of which have similar problems as yours.

You say that it is an old Facebook account. If you did not accessed that account for quite sometime, it is most probable that your account was deleted as obsolete as it happened to me. So your "ex best friend" may just be doing things on her own account.
