Try reporting the account using any other account as personal abuse or like that maby that might work also u can make a new one friend request everyone and then tell them or just give Ur ex friend a punch I the face and make him give it to u

We understand your frustation. You might be aware that there are hundreds of millions Facebook accounts many of which have similar problems as yours.
You say that it is an old Facebook account. If you did not accessed that account for quite sometime, it is most probable that your account was deleted as obsolete as it happened to me. So your "ex best friend" may just be doing things on her own account.
