SATA as master,IDE as data storage(data isue)

Hello,
Sir i am having trouble as i need it sorted at early as all my data is on my two IDE drives.
I have bought sata and installed xp on it. Now my other two IDE drives when connected are not showing partitions in windows also it is asking me to format the drive, which i am afraid as it might erase my critical datas.
Sir plz help me .......

I just want to see my IDE datas and partitions as it was before.
I have also checked the properties of the IDE drive by right clicking and checking the properties. It says
file system : RAW
and is not showing any data or partitions of my old IDES.

Can you help me ??

Does your bios detect your two IDE?

Yes bios is showing my two IDE HDD.

In windows three drives are visible
1.SATA
2.Local Disk
3.Local Disk

when i double click the Local Disk, it says "the disk in D drive is not formatted. Do you want to format it now?"

My second drive had 4 partitions and third had 6. Presently i cant see any of them.

One more thing i am assuming can be the reason,

My other two disk had fat32 on IDEs

My SATA is also formated as fat32 and then window XP installed on it, Is it the reason that i am not able to see my other two IDE HDD because sata is not made for fat32 ?
