hello i have cut and pasted all my photos and music in my memory card
when i try to open it it shows me a found folder and in the found folder i cant open any of the file
pleaseeeeeeeeeee help me

Could you please give us a bit more details? Does the folder appear empty? Do you get any message that explains why you can not open any of the files? What version of Windows are you using?

your memory card is corrupted and i recomend that u use any data recovery software(full version)
