yesterday my dell inspiration1464 laptop working fine and I shut down it .but this morning when I turn on my laptop it won't turn on.when I plug power cable power indicator light on my laptop turn on 2to 3 second and off.I already tried releasing the static power but my laptop won't turn on please tell me this is hardware problem or software problem my window is 7 ultimate 32 bit.thanks

Disconnect power cable , remove battery and press power button for 30 seconds and then plug the power cable and press power button but it does not work my laptop won't turn on
