I have a problem with my sony headphones, they are working perfectly fine on my samsung phone, but on my computer the right one is workin, the left one doesn't work at all. I have compaq presario CQ57 computer.

Hi

It could be because your sound card does not have the capability to output stereo sound.

None the less, try updating your audio driver:
