Micro sd says the micro sd is empty

can anyone help me why my micro sd aren't working? I put them into my laptop and when I do I open it but it says the micro sd is empty when in reality it isn't it has pictures and video but it wont appeare when I plug in my sd to my computer or laptop. whats going on? what can I do to solve this problem?

Hey sanchezh4. If you are sure that the files are there, this is probably some type of virus or malware. Update the database of your anti-virus program and scan the card after that.
