How to access blocked websites in UAE

Hello,
I just moved to Dubai, I should admit that it's beautiful. Working here is a new experience for me, and I like it.
The only thing that I don't like so far is the internet. Many websites are blocked here. I tried a few free methods to access blocked websites, most of them didin't work, and I think I should not trust them.
I need to find a cheap and good solution, The bad thing is that many vpn providers websites are also blocked.
Do you have any experience? Have you tried any vpn service in Dubai.
I'm still looking for a good solution.
I would appreciate if you help me to find a way.

A proxy switcher could be helpful if you clean your history after each time you use it.
Perhaps this one would be usefull:
