VPN used to watch NZ television no longer worksClosed

Hello, 

I have used NordVPN and Windscribe to view New Zealand television from TVNZ. This week, live TV still works but on demand does not. I get geo blocked and a message that if I'm in New Zealand, I need to "deactivate any VPN or Smart DNS service" that I'm running.

How are they detecting this and what can I do about it?

System Configuration: Windows / Edge 99.0.1150.39

Hello,

It seems that TVNZ blocks IP addresses known to belong to VPN services. Try switching to a different New Zeland server and hopefully, you'll get your access back.

Are you telling me that Spark is no good as a service provider?

hello it's a common problem while using VPN and it happens because in different countries VPN service is not allowed due to a security purposes but still if you use a VPN service there then  thin kinds of errors are common and the solution is to just reconnect  your VPN with another server
