open blocked proxy sites Solved/Closed

Hello,
 dear m nt able to access websites like orkut.com, rapidhare.com etc. if m tyring to do d same they use to gv a msg dat it is blocked by network administrator. so how can I access all blocked sites. proxy sites r blocked.

hi,
you need to unblock them.
for this, you will have to access the administrator account.
or check if you can do it in the internet options in the control panel.

Go to the command prompt n type command 
tracert www.orkut.com 
when you enter then it gives a IP address of orkut.com 
copy that ip address and paste to URL you have successfully open block websites ........ enjoy

Try This :  First of all unplug the networking wire & them through ur cell phone or data card dat cable attach it to ur PC and what ever u want wil be on ur laptop.

just write in url https/orkut.com 
try it two or three time the orkut will be start.
