How Can I prevent Google .com from changing to Google.ca every time I make a search the /NCR is being ignored

You cannot do anything... that is internal routing at Google.

Maybe a different ISP, but i doubt it.

Thanks for your input ac3mark much appreciated. But; there must be a solution. Got to be a lot of frustrated folks with this issue. Is there really no solution

I really do not think there is another solution, beside changing your ISP. It is for load balancing and such. Push non us google users to a different head end server, as to balance out resources and such. It is common practice for Enterprise Organizations.
