Acer Aspire E15 would just not connect to the router

Hello,

I have just purchased an Acer Aspire E15 and have the same problem with the wifi connexion. It would just not connect to the router. I have tried the solutions proposed here but it still isn't working. Any solutions for Windows 8?
It's driving me crazy :(

I have same problem....

Try to power cycle the router by pulling the power cord and waiting 60 seconds before re-attaching the cord.

Since routers run 24 hours a day they tend to burn out quickly. Most fail in 3 to 4 years.
