Someone hacked me

Hello,
My name is Aaliyah and yesterday my account was hacked and someone changed my password.
I almost had access but then it said this link is...whatever so i tried two more times and then
It told me i have tried to many codes try again later.
How long do i have to wait? How can i get access?
I have no trusted contacts?
