Search and copy and paste

Hello,

I have already created macro tool and I need to include another macro which is a value in cell D16 is the name. We have a list of 30 named in A100 to A129 and their phone number in
B100 to B129.we need have a code which should copy the and paste the phone number in A5.
please help with the code.it can also be a input box.when we can enter the name in input box and it give the value of phone number
