you can try this procedure:

Use the following steps to enable or disable Bluetooth or Wireless:

Press the Windows ( ) key + C, or swipe in from the right edge of the screen to open your Charms.
Select the Settings charm, and then click Change PC settings.
Select Wireless.
You can now change the Wireless or Bluetooth settings to On or Off.

Maybe you can help me to I have a Toshiba satellite only a year old I know it use to have the blue tooth option now I don't ssee it any more
