Contacting customer service

Hello,

Why have a customer service number when you are Always put on hold? I've tried multiple time and each time been on hold over 30 mins. Good grief!!!


I've not signed out of my email acct. I pull it up on my ipad but I can't get into my yahoo mail acct anywhere else due to not remembering my password or security questions. Can you send me a link to my email so that I can change my password?
