Problem regarding hibernation mode of laptop

I
I have acer extensa 4620 lappi. I can't start my laptop. But I can charge the battery. I am trying a lot to start it but it is not at all starting. I think it's in hibernation mode but it's not starting since tao days. Will it take this much of time to come out of hibernating mode??? Plz help me.

Try this procedure:
1. remove battery and unplug charger from the laptop
2. press and hold down the power button for 30 seconds
3. restore battery and changer line
4. start as normal
